My Source And My "Why"
The ceremonial cacao that I work with has been lovingly and painstakingly crafted by local Maya family farmers from various regions of Guatemala and an incredible women’s collective from the small village of Tzununá on the magical Lake Atitlan who cultivate this heart medicine with the utmost care – organic growing, permaculture principles, reforestation efforts, and community service.
I am proud to partner with the tenders of this medicine in sacred reciprocity.
Why do I work with cacao? Not only does this plant medicine help to physically open the heart and the lungs, making breathing easier and increasing blood flow to our vital organs, it also acts as a gentle and loving conduit of connection to our inner wisdom, to those around us, and to the gentle guidance of mother earth and universal source energy. Breathwork and Cacao work together in beautiful harmony indeed.
